Experience: William Grausso worked as Regulatory Compliance for Clayton the nation's leading residential due diligence vendor for almost 4 years. At Clayton, Mr. Grausso was responsible for providing legal analysis of all mortgage lending laws including Truth-in-Lending Act (Regulation Z), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act. Residential due diligence was mainly focused on the review of Subprime loans that were inserted into Subprime Securities. Through this experience, Mr. Grausso has amassed extensive knowledge of the structures of Mortgage-Backed Securities and this assists with finding foreclosure defenses for mortgages that are in securities.
Since June of 2008, Mr. Grausso has represented homeowners that are facing foreclosure in Foreclosure Settlement Conferences in the Supreme Court of Suffolk and Nassau County. Additionally, Mr. Grausso has litigated foreclosure defenses regarding predatory lending and title issues. Mr. Grausso has also represented individuals and businesses that needed to file bankruptcy in the Eastern District of New York, either Chapter 7-liquidation or Chapter 13-reorganizations. In the Spring of 2011 Mr. Grausso joined Edmond R. Foy in order to form Grausso & Foy.

Edmond R Foy, Esq. is an experienced banking attorney and court litigator from Long Island, New York. Mr. Foy has extensive experience and education with the implementation of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Loss Mitigation court house services. After graduation from the prestigious New York Law School, Edmond gained employment as a compliance officer within a prominent mortgage bank and provided corporate compliance services. Said responsibilities extended to the assurance that bank mortgages were properly executed in accordance with Federal and State legislation. During his time in corporate compliance, Edmond worked as "of counsel" for a Bankruptcy firm where he dealt with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. Edmond thereafter left his corporate banking position to start his own law firm focusing in Foreclosure and Loss Mitigation defense and prosecution. Edmond R. Foy, Esq. has represented Lenders ranging from Bank of America, Citibank, Chase, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Deutsche Bank and others.
Edmond has also represented countless individual defendants as well as provided pro bono services for Suffolk County Bar Association's pro bono foreclosure project (a project dedicated to representing individuals who have been foreclosed upon and unable to afford legal representation). Edmond R. Foy, Esq., and a select few Suffolk County Bar Association pro bono attorneys, was recently honored by appearing on the front cover of the renowned New York Law Journal. Edmond R. As co-Valedictorian of his graduating class at Touro Law School, Mr. Siegel began his career as an exceedingly aggressive litigator. Now with over fifteen (15) years of experience, Mr. Siegel has practiced in all areas of Federal and State civil litigation, including Appellate and Article 78 practice. Mr. Siegel has successfully represented individuals, corporations, and municipalities in a wide variety of legal issues, including zoning and land use, contract disputes, commercial collections, landlord/tenant proceedings, employment, civil rights, and banking law. Mr. Siegel's experience includes counselling individuals, corporate executives, and municipal boards in connection with litigation strategies and compliance with existing laws and regulations.
